Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and seasoned Healthcare Relationship Manager to bolster our infusion centers. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in managing healthcare provider relationships and fostering referrals with medical professionals, especially in oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology. This role offers the flexibility of a home-based position with significant travel throughout the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provider Relationship Management: Cultivate and oversee relationships with high-volume medical practices, particularly those focused on oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology. Educate healthcare providers and their teams about the services offered by Infusion For Health and assist them in patient referrals.
  • Referral Strategy Development: Identify key provider targets, implement strategic engagement initiatives, and build strong referral networks. Track practice performance and devise strategies to enhance referral volume.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate with Infusion For Health's care coordinators, marketing teams, and care success managers to continuously enhance patient and provider engagement. Partner with pharmaceutical representatives, local health plans, and healthcare systems to improve service delivery.
  • Community Outreach: Participate in community outreach initiatives to elevate brand visibility in the local market. Provide insights to marketing and operational teams to enhance patient and provider engagement.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Formulate, implement, and report on sales development strategies, including key performance indicators, resource needs, and investment requirements. Achieve and surpass targets set by management.
  • Best Practices Sharing: Identify and document effective practices, collaborating with colleagues to share and implement these strategies across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing provider relationships and developing referrals in oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, and/or rheumatology.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the healthcare or health services sector.
  • Strong presentation abilities and experience interacting with healthcare provider offices.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
  • Results-driven with a proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Able to work both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in maintaining accurate records for reporting purposes.
