Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Experience team as a Customer Experience Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the voice of Galileo Learning, providing clear and concise information to clients about our programs and services.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and concerns in a fair and empathetic way.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client needs.
- Utilize Salesforce and Google Suite to manage client accounts, track interactions, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Assist with client outreach and retention initiatives to meet department and company goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high-touch environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Suite, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of $18.00.
