Position Overview:

As a GYN Surgical Sales Executive at Hologic, you will be instrumental in driving growth within your designated territory for our GYN Surgical product line, which includes innovative solutions for endometrial ablation and tissue removal.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conducting sales presentations and building strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare providers, and hospital administrators to meet sales targets.
  • Developing and implementing strategic business plans to enhance Hologic's market presence.
  • Managing sales pipelines effectively to ensure accurate forecasting and tracking of sales performance.
  • Establishing trust-based relationships with both new and existing clients, positioning yourself as a reliable advisor.
  • Providing expert clinical support during surgical procedures and ensuring comprehensive education on our GYN Surgical offerings.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clinical, sales, and service departments, to optimize customer engagement.

Qualifications:
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as science, biomedical studies, sales, business, or marketing is required.

Experience:
We seek candidates with a proven track record of 2-3+ years in sales, preferably within the medical device sector. Your ability to foster meaningful business relationships and navigate negotiations will be key to your success.

Additional Information:
This role necessitates a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to client locations and industry events. Compensation for this position is commission-based, with earnings reflecting territory performance and sales achievements.
