As a member of our maintenance team, you will have the chance to grow through our Technician Training Program, which includes training sessions from industry leaders such as Ford and GMC. U-Haul will equip you with the necessary tools to excel in your role, and you will benefit from the knowledge of our experienced team members, fostering a supportive and family-oriented atmosphere.

As a U-Haul Fleet Maintenance Associate, you will utilize proprietary technology to care for our vehicles. Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly clean and polish trucks and trailers.
  • Prepare damaged equipment for resale by removing decals and making necessary adjustments.
  • Utilize standard safety equipment.
  • Contribute to a production-oriented environment.

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently.
  • Consistent attendance.
