Overview

Amerit Fleet Solutions, a prominent provider in Fleet Maintenance, is in search of a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to assist key accounts. Become a vital part of our team and help ensure optimal equipment longevity and minimal operational interruptions for our clients' fleets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for clients regarding maintenance and repair inquiries.
  • Collaborate with fleet supervisors, technicians, and clients to evaluate repair requirements and prioritize service requests.
  • Leverage internal and external software platforms to monitor and update vehicle repair statuses, ensuring precise and timely communication with clients.
  • Handle incoming communications professionally and efficiently, addressing client questions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Work with central procurement to accelerate parts orders and guarantee timely delivery to align with repair timelines.
  • Keep comprehensive records of service requests, repairs, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Provide timely updates to clients on repair status, expected completion times, and any unforeseen delays.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Support various client locations and travel as necessary to enhance communication and resolve service challenges.
  • Assist in managing inventory and contribute insights for process enhancement initiatives.
  • Verify received parts against orders and update inventory records accordingly.
  • Support billing and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and timely completion of transactions.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in automotive or technical fields.
  • Familiarity with heavy-duty vehicles and trailers is preferred.
  • Prior experience as a technician or mechanic is beneficial.
  • Understanding of vehicle components and experience in dealership service writing is a plus.
  • Proficient in updating and engaging with fleet management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and client interactions.
  • Able to follow directives and complete necessary training.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet management.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities and attention to detail.
