Overview

Amerit Fleet Solutions, a prominent player in the Fleet Maintenance sector, is on the lookout for a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to assist key accounts. This role is vital in ensuring optimal equipment longevity and minimizing operational interruptions for our clients' fleets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for clients concerning maintenance and repair inquiries.
  • Collaborate with fleet supervisors, technicians, and clients to evaluate repair requirements and prioritize service requests.
  • Employ various software systems to monitor and communicate vehicle repair statuses, ensuring clients receive timely updates.
  • Handle incoming communications professionally, addressing client questions and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Work alongside central purchasing to accelerate parts procurement and guarantee timely delivery for repairs.
  • Keep comprehensive records of service requests, repairs, and client communications using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding repair status, expected completion times, and any unforeseen delays.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Support multiple client locations and travel as necessary to enhance communication and resolve service challenges.
  • Assist in managing inventory and contribute insights for process enhancement initiatives.
  • Verify received parts against orders and update inventory records accordingly.
  • Support billing and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and timely transaction completion.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in automotive or technical fields.
  • Familiarity with heavy-duty vehicles and trailers is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a technician or mechanic is beneficial.
  • Understanding of vehicle components and experience in dealership service writing is advantageous.
  • Proficient in utilizing fleet management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and client interactions.
  • Able to follow instructions and complete necessary training.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in spreadsheet management.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities and attention to detail.
