Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Refrigeration Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of refrigerated vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair diesel equipment, including tractors, trailers, and refrigeration units.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Perform road rescue and transport equipment as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of experience as a heavy duty diesel mechanic or refrigeration technician.
  • Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with ability to read and understand technical manuals.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
