About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and safe for the road.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Serving Customers: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, fueling and washing their vehicles, and ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Vehicle Readiness Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections to ensure vehicles are ready for the road, including checking tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and associates by performing tasks such as cleaning and organizing the facility.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training and coaching to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as minor repairs, tire installation, and preventive maintenance.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by your supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or prior work experience in a related field.
  • Valid Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license and be able to safely operate a vehicle.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic Mechanical Ability: Possess basic mechanical ability and tool usage skills to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Computer Skills: Have basic computer skills to effectively use our systems and technology.
Physical Demands
  • Physical Activity: Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting for extended periods.
  • Visual and Auditory Abilities: Possess good visual and auditory abilities to safely navigate the work environment and interact with customers.
  • Lifting and Moving: Regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds.
