Position Summary:

This is a temporary assignment lasting between 3 to 6 months, aimed at bolstering our Human Resources department. The primary focus of this role will be on the meticulous management of confidential documents, ensuring proper naming conventions, utilizing Nitro Pro for document separation, and uploading files to our HR system. A keen eye for detail and outstanding organizational skills are essential to uphold the confidentiality and integrity of our HR records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management:
    • Scan and appropriately name confidential HR documents.
    • Utilize Nitro Pro to separate and label documents accurately.
    • Upload scanned documents into our HRIS and categorize them in the correct personnel folders.
  • File Maintenance:
    • Ensure human resource files and records are accurate and current.
    • Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of all HR documentation.
  • General HR Support:
    • Operate standard office equipment and manage office procedures.
    • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Attention to Detail: Essential for maintaining accuracy in document management.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities are necessary for handling multiple documents and tasks efficiently.
  • Confidentiality: Must manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and management.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
    • Able to quickly learn HRIS and other relevant applications.
    • Experience with Nitro Pro and document management systems is advantageous.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or HR capacity is preferred.
