Position Summary:

This is a temporary assignment lasting between 3 to 6 months, aimed at providing essential support to our Human Resources department. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing sensitive documents, ensuring proper organization and confidentiality throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management:
    • Scan and categorize confidential HR documents, adhering to established naming conventions.
    • Utilize Nitro Pro for document separation and proper identification.
    • Upload and organize scanned documents within our HRIS system.
  • File Maintenance:
    • Ensure that all HR files and records are accurate and up-to-date.
    • Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
  • General HR Support:
    • Operate standard office equipment and assist in managing office procedures.
    • Perform additional tasks as required by the HR team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Attention to Detail: Essential for accurate document handling and organization.
  • Organizational Skills: Must be adept at managing multiple tasks and documents efficiently.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills for effective collaboration with team members.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
    • Ability to learn HRIS and related applications quickly.
    • Experience with Nitro Pro and document management systems is advantageous.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or HR capacity is preferred.

Working Environment:

  • This position is based in a standard office setting with regular office hours.
