Our client is in search of a dedicated administrative professional to support compliance with various regulations in the role of Human Resources Administrator. This position is well-suited for individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment and appreciate managing diverse responsibilities within the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Vice President and Director of Human Resources, including scheduling meetings and organizing events.
  • Maintain both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring precise record-keeping for current and former employees.
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation and collaborate on the creation of ID badges for new employees and contract staff.
  • Conduct monthly audits of employee records to ensure compliance with various regulations and certifications, reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Oversee the DISC platform and aid in the planning and execution of training events.
  • Generate monthly reports related to unemployment claims and compliance audits.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, mailing, scanning, and reserving meeting spaces.
  • Process invoices and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources or an administrative role.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License.
  • Understanding of HR functions and compliance standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially SharePoint, Word, and Excel, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
