About the Job

DDG is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR functions and duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the coordination of HR projects, including meetings, training, and surveys.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
  • Compile and update employee records, both hard and soft copies.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities, such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees.
  • Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates and updating our database.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Fast computer typing skills, particularly in MS Office.
  • Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS.
  • Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
