Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the comprehensive onboarding process for new employees, which includes drafting offer letters, initiating background checks, and ensuring timely completion of all related tasks.
- Manage I-9 processing and certification through E-Verify.
- Conduct regular audits of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and recommend necessary corrections.
- Facilitate the transfer of essential data from the Onboarding System to the HRIS.
- Collaborate with various departments, including payroll, benefits, and IT, to ensure seamless operations.
- Administer multiple applications for timekeeping purposes efficiently.
- Generate and present reports on general HR activities.
- Handle the complete processing of employee personnel changes.
- Manage the termination process for departing employees.
- Address internal and external HR inquiries, providing necessary assistance.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Business or Human Resources, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in administration or human resources.
