As a vital member of the Human Resources Central team, the HR Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the HR function. This position serves as the primary liaison within a centralized service center, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of HR Administrator, you will:
- Utilize a case management system to guarantee precise and prompt responses to inquiries and requests from HR, adhering to internal service level agreements.
- Leverage knowledge of HR regulations and policies, along with available resources, to conduct basic investigations and provide resolutions.
- Manage and input changes throughout the employee lifecycle, including the creation and extension of offers, transfers, salary adjustments, terminations, and more.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all HR data entered into the HRIS system and conduct audits to verify data correctness.
- Collaborate with HR Technology to enhance HR systems.
- Foster positive relationships across HR and with process partners.
- Contribute to the development of solutions aimed at improving and standardizing services by identifying and supporting opportunities for enhancement.
- Provide general guidance and informal training to end-users utilizing functional and technical knowledge.
- Assist in the creation of formal internal training materials and process documentation.
- Engage in additional duties and project work as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a human resources environment is necessary; preference will be given to candidates with 3-5 years of experience.
- Experience in HR data entry is highly desirable.
- A general understanding of core HR practices is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) is required.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is necessary; experience with Oracle is a plus.
- Strong technological aptitude with the ability to quickly adapt to cloud-based solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Capability to adhere to standard operating procedures.
