We are currently seeking a full-time HR Coordinator to become an integral part of our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be proactive and well-versed in human resources practices.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator will provide essential administrative support to the human resources division, which includes:

  • Managing both physical and digital filing systems for employee records, ensuring organization and compliance.
  • Conducting audits of employee documentation to verify adherence to professional licensing and certification requirements.
  • Assisting in the preparation and execution of New Hire onboarding processes, including drafting offer letters and compiling necessary documentation.
  • Coordinating pre-employment background checks and drug screenings, ensuring compliance with hiring standards.
  • Facilitating communication with staffing agencies and overseeing temporary staffing arrangements.
  • Handling front desk operations, serving as the initial point of contact for visitors and clients.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage confidential information.
  • A foundational understanding of human resources principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Education and Experience

The following qualifications are required:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Work Environment

This position is on-site, operating Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
