Job Summary

The Administrative Support Specialist will provide high-level administrative support to department leadership and staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare meeting materials
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls
  • Sort and distribute office mail, handle packages, and maintain the filing system
  • Assist with contract matters, employee HR-related functions, and project oversight
Requirements
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, internet research tools, and office equipment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
