Senior Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Najera Environmental. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly within the environmental sector, and will be instrumental in driving our growth through effective account management and innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects within the environmental industry.
- Manage and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Employ negotiation techniques to successfully close deals and meet sales objectives.
- Conduct market research and networking to generate new leads.
- Provide comprehensive technical sales support to clients, ensuring they understand our offerings.
- Utilize Salesforce or comparable CRM systems to monitor and report on sales activities.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in sales, particularly in the environmental and restoration sectors.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on client relationship building.
- Proficient negotiation skills to effectively close sales.
- Experience in lead generation and conducting market analysis.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar sales management tools.
