Job Overview

Glen Park Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Executive Director to lead our esteemed senior living community. As a pivotal figure in the senior housing sector, you will be instrumental in cultivating meaningful relationships with prospective residents and their families. Key Responsibilities

As the Executive Director, your primary duties will include:

  • Managing the facility in compliance with Title 17, Title 22, and established organizational policies, programs, and budgets.
  • Supervising community staff and overseeing daily operations.
  • Recruiting and mentoring staff to ensure a high standard of service and adequate staffing levels.
  • Encouraging innovation among team members to enhance resident stability, independence, and satisfaction.
  • Creating and executing an annual business strategy aimed at maintaining high occupancy rates and achieving financial objectives.
  • Acting as the community's representative to governmental bodies, professional organizations, and local groups.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in healthcare, psychology, gerontology, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of experience as an Executive Director or in a similar administrative role.
  • The ability to analyze financial statements and manage budgets effectively.
  • A proven track record of hiring, directing, and managing staff.
