We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Living Regional Sales Specialist to join our team at Oakmont Senior Living. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts at our communities across California, Hawaii, and Nevada.
Key Responsibilities- Provide sales support to our communities, including training and coaching sales staff as needed.
- Oversee the sales process at the property level, ensuring that all sales efforts are completed thoroughly and effectively.
- Develop and implement marketing plans for each community, in collaboration with our Marketing Directors.
- Manage direct mail lists and establish inside and outside sales call expectations for each community.
- Conduct mystery shops to ensure quality control and establish training programs for new development sales teams.
- Communicate regularly with Executive Directors to discuss the performance of the Sales and Marketing teams at each community.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in the senior industry in a sales capacity, with a focus on Memory Care and Assisted Living.
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language, and to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, residents, and their families.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently without supervision.
- Willingness to travel a minimum of 50% of the time.
