Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at American Hardwood Industries in Warm Springs, VA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office, providing exceptional support to our staff and management.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in manufacturing, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. They will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities include:
  • Data entry and record-keeping
  • Receptionist duties, including answering phones and responding to emails
  • HR tasks, such as hiring and onboarding
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
