Job Title: Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team at American Hardwood Industries in Warm Springs, VA. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a challenging and dynamic work environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, data entry, and HR duties, with a strong ability to multitask and work independently. A background in manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Providing administrative support to the team
  2. Data entry and record-keeping
  3. Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  4. Assisting with HR tasks, including hiring and recruitment
  5. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in an office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Estimated Salary: $25-$35 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
