Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at KW Property Management & Consulting. The estimated annual salary for this role is $50,000 - $70,000, based on the location and industry standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including performing administrative assistant functions, maintaining records and files, and coordinating events and meetings. You will also be required to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administrative role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. They should possess strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, they must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be proficient in MS Office Suite.
