The QUIKRETE Companies, a leading manufacturer of packaged concrete and cement mixes in the U.S. and Canada, seeks an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support its Corporate Transportation Department located in Sandy Springs, Georgia.

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Corporate Transportation Department. The successful candidate will be assigned specific administrative responsibilities to be performed timely and in accordance with company policy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating various management reports
  • Reviewing invoices and processing payments
  • Performing government filings as required
  • Maintaining office supplies and authority decals inventories
  • Organizing and scheduling meetings via Microsoft Teams
  • Managing fuel card programs
  • Compiling CSA data for each DOT number
  • Answering phone calls and directing them accordingly
  • Sorting and processing incoming mail

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Excel and Word.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
