Team Leadership: Supervise 3-6 people, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent teamwork and performance. Develop and implement safe, sanitary, and efficient work habits among team members.

Scheduling and Logistics: Handle line assignments as scheduled (station prep and station service). Ensure smooth coordination of events and functions, meeting guest expectations and maintaining a positive dining experience.
