Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative operations, providing clerical support, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare instructional materials as requested by the principal.
  2. Maintain school calendars of events.
  3. Coordinate printing and dissemination of all forms and guidelines for beginning of school for both staff members and students.
  4. Compile, maintain, and file all reports, records, and other documents as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three to five years of clerical/secretarial experience, preferably in public education.
  • Proficient keyboarding and file maintenance skills.
  • Ability to use software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and perform word processing.
  • Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
