Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Applus IDIADA. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our department, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and book travel arrangements for our team members, including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
  • Expense Management: Process and manage expense reports, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement.
  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for our team members, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial tasks, such as processing payments and maintaining financial records.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
