ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Administrative Coordinator to the VP of the Sales Division will undertake a range of responsibilities essential for supporting the sales department's operations, ensuring the team functions effectively and efficiently. This role will also involve managing communication efforts and executing designated sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored item and pricing suggestions to the sales team based on customer needs.
- Assist in establishing and reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs) for various departments, including procurement, sales, and supply chain, to align with company goals.
- Monitor and maintain performance metrics for the team.
- Negotiate licensing agreements and broaden sales channels.
- Document meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and implement actionable strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis, offering insightful recommendations.
- Execute project-based and task-oriented functions.
- Deliver evaluations to the executive team to support informed decision-making.
- Streamline operations and prioritize tasks to enhance organizational productivity.
- Refine the company profile and sales presentations.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Preferred degree in business administration, marketing, or e-commerce.
- Experience in online retail or e-commerce environments.
- Proficient in Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, flexible work setting.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical and Mental Requirements
This position primarily involves sedentary work in front of a computer in a climate-controlled environment. Frequent use of vision, dexterity, and the ability to sit for extended periods are required.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
• Salary Range: $70K - $75K
