Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and organize high-volume scheduling and calendars
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Attorneys
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with court personnel, clients, and internal teams
  • Assess individual circumstances, determine suitable actions, track pending items, and ensure consistent follow-up
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management capabilities, prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Act as the primary liaison between various locations
  • Execute additional duties, responsibilities, and special projects as required
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in technology and software applications
  • Demonstrated experience in an Administrative or Executive Assistant role
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in the legal field, particularly in Family Law, is advantageous
