As a key member of our leadership team, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility of our personalized service model both regionally and nationally. We seek a seasoned professional with a robust background in relationship management and business development, who embodies our values of performance, accountability, and client-centric service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage extensively with clients, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of trust and fiduciary account management, including areas such as finance, real estate, and estate planning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new business, utilizing a strong network of legal and financial professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication regarding client matters.
  • Supervise account management processes, including account openings, asset transfers, and client correspondence.
  • Participate in client meetings alongside investment officers to provide holistic service.
  • Coordinate with investment and tax departments to facilitate client reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to internal committees focused on enhancing client services and marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver exceptional personal service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • Professional certifications such as CTFA, CFP, CFA, or CPA are mandatory.
  • A minimum of six years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in business development is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client service and relationship building.
  • High integrity, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail are critical.
