GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a dedicated Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to enhance our team.

Role Summary:

The Clinical Sales Specialist, under the guidance of the VP of Institutional Development, will conduct on-site demonstrations of C-Arms to prospective clients and provide training to end-users post-installation. This role also involves promoting the company's product offerings to both existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct demonstrations showcasing the features and benefits of C-Arms in various healthcare settings, including hospitals and clinics. Provide comprehensive training to users during system installations.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of C-Arm technology and associated clinical procedures, as well as knowledge of competitor products.
  • Highlight product features to address customer needs effectively.
  • Understand the surgical environment, including sterile techniques and safety protocols relevant to C-Arm usage.
  • Develop and sustain a network to identify new sales opportunities within the designated territory.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients and maintain regular communication to inform them about new products and enhancements.
  • Participate in trade shows, demonstrating products and assisting with setup as needed.
  • Handle the unpacking and repacking of C-arm systems for installations and demonstrations.
  • Attend training sessions and sales meetings to support product knowledge and team development.
  • Identify and understand customer growth needs.
  • Ensure all responsibilities associated with the Clinical Sales Specialist role are fulfilled, with progress monitored by the VP of Institutional Development.
  • Register with relevant vendor credentialing services as required by client hospitals, with registration costs reimbursed by the company.
  • Report any deviations from product quality standards to the service department.
  • Provide feedback from customers regarding product quality improvements to the sales manager.
  • Travel frequently and extensively as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology with ARRT Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Surgical C-Arm technologist, with training from an accredited program.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
Competencies:
  • Timely reporting of company expenses incurred on company credit cards.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and valid driver's license in accordance with company policies.
  • Ability to manage stress positively and adapt to changes effectively.
  • Professional interaction with diverse personalities.
  • Willingness to travel on short notice, both domestically and internationally.
  • Strong attention to detail and dependability, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated and organized to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Working Conditions:
  • Majority of work performed on-site at client facilities.
  • Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work additional hours as needed.
  • Compliance with customer vendor credentialing requirements is mandatory.
