Role Overview:

As a Territory Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive business performance within your designated geographic area through effective marketing, sales, and service coordination. This role encompasses direct sales efforts, dealer engagement, and distributor partnerships. Frequent travel within the region is essential to conduct strategic sales visits and cultivate relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an accurate regional contact database
  • Engage with existing and potential customers on a regular basis
  • Organize and execute product demonstrations
  • Deliver compelling product sales presentations
  • Manage sales opportunities utilizing MRP systems
  • Provide training and support for product commissioning
  • Oversee warranty and service operations
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and events
  • Participate in business and budget planning processes
  • Travel within the territory (60% to 80% of the time)
  • Maintain a strong understanding of manufacturing and engineering terminology

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
