Overview

The Area Manager will oversee sales and marketing initiatives within a designated region. This position is crucial for establishing and nurturing relationships with long-term care facilities, aiming to enhance revenue through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary sales representative for the assigned territory.
  • Acquire a Health Insurance license within the first 60 days of employment.
  • Be prepared to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Drive demand by identifying and securing new accounts.
  • Foster professional relationships with both new and existing clients in the area.
  • Execute sales activities efficiently and provide precise reporting.
  • Identify potential leads and explore opportunities for additional sales.
  • Assist in the pursuit of new business opportunities.
  • Support clients in completing necessary enrollment documentation.
  • Proactively engage with potential clients and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and promote retention.
  • Conduct all business dealings with professionalism, integrity, and transparency.
  • Inform relevant parties about services through preliminary outreach.
  • Present company offerings to key decision-makers.
  • Follow up with prospects to confirm receipt of marketing materials.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients.
  • Ensure operational practices comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Support and adhere to the compliance program, including training and reporting any violations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Adapt positively to changes and undertake assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; High School Diploma required.
  • Experience in healthcare sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and computer skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and submit reports on time.
  • Goal-oriented, sensitive to deadlines, and a desire to assist others.
  • Self-driven with strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
  • Valid transportation, clean driving record, and auto insurance are necessary.
