Key Responsibilities
• Deliver clinical support during medical procedures
• Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with essential clinical and non-clinical decision-makers to provide clinical backing for company products
• Educate and inform customers through training sessions, approved literature, videos, and articles
• Share clinical insights with the Sales team, Product Development, Marketing, Quality Assurance, and other internal departments
• Stay informed about product lines, clinical practices, business ethics, and other educational necessities
• Contribute to the annual business strategy to assist the sales team in achieving or surpassing sales targets
• Complete necessary documentation, including expense reports and call reports
• Maintain consistent communication with the Regional Manager and other support teams
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting and record-keeping
• Collaborate effectively and professionally with colleagues across various levels of the global organization to meet company objectives
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Uphold company standards for quality and productivity
• Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills across different organizational levels
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and work effectively both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision
• Remain composed and receptive in high-pressure situations
Essential Experience and Educational Background:
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, or equivalent experience that provides a comparable foundation
• A minimum of 3 years in a clinical setting is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
• Strong organizational skills are essential
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically as needed, up to 70%
• Must be physically capable of operating a motor vehicle regularly, possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain good standing to legally drive
• Occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds or more
• Ability to sit for extended periods and utilize close visual acuity for tasks involving computers and equipment
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, and perform tasks such as kneeling or crouching
• May be required to stand for prolonged periods
