Role Overview: As a forward-thinking organization, we seek dynamic, innovative, and well-rounded professionals to join our global team. In this position, you will oversee a territory primarily focused on the Ohio Valley.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Distributors, Industrial Clients, and Original Equipment Manufacturers within your designated region.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to effectively design, recommend, and implement products that address customer needs.
  • Drive growth and manage accounts while demonstrating expertise in end markets for Distribution, OEMs, and Industrial Consumers.
  • Build and maintain robust customer relationships through effective product design and application, addressing customer challenges.
  • Sales performance will be evaluated based on market segment objectives and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Demonstrate effective time and territory management while managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Deliver custom-designed solutions, ensuring proper application and design that meet customer expectations.

Candidate Profile:

While an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred, candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience and proven account management skills will also be considered.

Proficiency in developing and executing business plans and tracking results using Gates Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is essential.

Travel Requirements: This role involves approximately 50% travel, primarily by vehicle.

Legal Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Full-Time Employment
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance with benefits commencing on the first day of the month following your hire date.
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation, 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating), and 8 sick days, all accrued.
