GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a dedicated Clinical Sales Specialist to enhance our team.

Role Summary:

The Clinical Sales Specialist will operate under the guidance of the VP of Institutional Development, focusing on in-person clinical demonstrations of C-Arms to prospective clients. This role also involves providing comprehensive training to end-users post-purchase and promoting our product offerings to both existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed demonstrations of C-Arms in various healthcare settings, including hospitals and clinics, while delivering operator training during system installations.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of C-Arm equipment and associated clinical practices, as well as an understanding of competing products.
  • Highlight product features to address customer needs effectively.
  • Understand the surgical environment, including sterile procedures and safety protocols relevant to C-Arm usage.
  • Develop and maintain a network for identifying new sales opportunities within the designated territory.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and proactively follow up to nurture these connections.
  • Keep in touch with current and former customers to inform them about new products and enhancements.
  • Participate in trade shows and conduct product demonstrations as required.
  • Handle the logistics of unpacking and repacking C-arm systems for installations and demonstrations.
  • Attend training sessions and sales meetings to support the development of product knowledge among peers.
  • Identify and address customer business growth needs.
  • Complete all assigned tasks as a Clinical Sales Specialist, with performance monitored by the VP of Institutional Development.
  • Register with vendor credentialing services as necessary, with costs reimbursed by the company.
  • Report any quality standard deviations to the service department.
  • Communicate customer feedback regarding product quality to the sales manager.
  • Be prepared for frequent travel as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology; ARRT Certification required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Surgical C-Arm technologist, with training from an accredited program.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
Competencies:
  • Timely reporting of company expenses incurred on corporate credit cards.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and valid driver's license in accordance with company policies.
  • Ability to manage stress effectively and adapt positively to change.
  • Professional interaction with diverse personalities.
  • Willingness to travel on short notice, both domestically and internationally.
  • Strong attention to detail and dependability, with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated and organized to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Working Conditions:
  • Most work will be conducted on-site at client facilities.
  • Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work additional hours as needed.
  • Compliance with all vendor credentialing requirements during healthcare facility visits.
