About the Role

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and expand UCB's presence in the Dermatology market.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to engage with Dermatologists, other clinical decision-makers, and office support staff to create value for patients.
  • Coach and develop Clinical Account Specialists to build strong relationships with Key Dermatologists and KOLs, and to understand and apply clinical expertise, business acumen, and effective selling skills.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local business partners to partner in the delivery of the UCB Dermatology value proposition.
  • Ensure team compliance with all UCB training requirements and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in specialty Pharmaceuticals or Biotech, with 3+ years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Experience with injectable biologics products and discussing therapeutic strategies to inform and influence clinical decision-makers.
  • Developing and applying clinical and business expertise, and effective selling skills.
  • Executing marketing strategies at the local level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree.
  • Launch experience.
  • Established relationships with Medical Dermatologists.
  • Demonstrated business and strategic planning skills to identify unique selling opportunities and adaptability to changing market conditions.

Travel Requirements

  • Ability to drive and/or fly to field rides, meetings, and customer engagements.
  • Overnight travel required 25-50%, depending on geographic assignment.

Compensation

The reasonably anticipated base salary range for this position is $157,900-$207,300 annually. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
