Scope of Work:
Collaborate proactively with divisional management and support teams to meet customer service expectations. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, while reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

Client Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) clients, ensuring that their needs are met effectively. Prioritize sales opportunities on an account-by-account basis to maximize revenue and profit margins.

Technical Expertise:
Maintain a thorough understanding of product lines, applications, and competitive offerings. Stay updated through ongoing training and development initiatives. Work to secure specifications and approvals from engineering firms and major accounts to foster sales growth.

Market Awareness:
Keep management informed of market changes that could impact product distribution. Participate in strategic planning to ensure that product offerings align with client requirements.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a college degree (technical discipline preferred) and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct or distributor sales of industrial technical products. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Proficiency in PC applications is required, along with the ability to travel as needed to meet client demands.
