Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at Omega Morgan. As a key member of our hiring process, you will play a critical role in coordinating phone and virtual candidate interviews, managing complex scheduling and facilities requirements, and ensuring a positive and lasting impression of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview Coordination
    • Coordinate phone and virtual candidate interviews, ensuring timely follow-up and follow-through with hiring managers and candidates.
    • Manage complex scheduling and facilities requirements, including booking candidate travel as needed.
  • Hiring Manager Partnerships
    • Facilitate exceptional partnerships with hiring managers and other stakeholders involved in the hiring process.
    • Prioritize timely follow-up and follow-through, thoroughness in work product, and attention to detail.
  • Process Improvement
    • Drive and participate in ad hoc process improvement initiatives and other recruiting projects.
  • Candidate Management
    • Ensure data integrity and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system for reporting purposes.
  • Job Requisition Process
    • Manage the job requisition process from inception to final approval.
    • Confirm job posting details with hiring managers as necessary.
    • Create job postings in ADP and post on the company website.
    • Post job openings on other job boards as needed.
    • Review applications against basic job skills and conduct phone screens as requested.
    • Forward qualified applicants to hiring managers and assist in scheduling in-person or virtual interviews.
    • Update the applicant tracking system on a regular basis.
    • Create various reports as needed.
    • Send new hire offer letters and new hire notices.
    • Hand off to the HR Coordinator at the appropriate time, ensuring a seamless transition.
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced atmosphere or in a similar professional coordination role.
      • Demonstrated excellence in organizational skills, time management, and creativity, performed in an on-site work environment.
      • Excellent verbal communication skills and exceptional written communication skills.
      • High proficiency in MS Office products and Applicant Tracking Systems.
      • Demonstrated experience providing exceptional candidate or customer experience.
