We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join the HR team primarily relating to recruiting and on-boarding activities. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and abilities to conduct the administrative functions of the department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to)
Recruiting Coordination
- Posting and monitoring open positions through job boards and applicant tracking system
- Hiring Manager interview and phone screen scheduling
- New hire system and document management
- New hire communications
- Perform background and E-Verify checks
- Policy acknowledgments/task checklists
Benefit Assistance
- Communicating plan info and answering questions as needed
- Open enrollment assistance
Personnel Actions
- Job description review coordination
- Employee personnel record filing and maintenance
- HRIS system maintenance (ADP)
Administrative Support
- Morale event committee participation
- Various administrative support as needed
Required Education and/or Experience:
Associates degree, Bachelor degree preferred. Minimum of (3-5) years of job-related HR experience.

- Friendly and approachable
- Maintains flexibility and ability to manage change
- Maintain high levels confidentiality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines
- Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of MS Office and HRIS Systems (ADP preferred)
