Role Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR team, focusing on recruitment and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have the necessary skills to manage various administrative tasks within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Oversee job postings and manage applications through various platforms.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and phone screenings with hiring managers.
- Offer Management: Draft offer letters and coordinate pre-employment screenings.
- Onboarding Administration: Manage new hire documentation and communication.
- Background Checks: Conduct background and E-Verify checks as required.
- Policy Management: Ensure compliance with policy acknowledgments and task checklists.
Benefits Administration:
