Job DescriptionJob Description

The primary purpose of this role is focusing on screening, scheduling and facilitation of interviews for candidates for open positions, ensuring these candidates have a positive and lasting impression of The Omega Morgan Group of Companies. This role will be communicating not only with applicants, but also coordinating with hiring managers across the various companies effectively and professionally.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Play a critical role withing a fast based and focused environment, working to coordinate phone and virtual candidate interviews. This includes managing complex scheduling and facilities requirements and may assist in booking candidate travel as needed.
  • Facilitate exceptional parentships with hiring managers and others involved in the hiring processes, prioritizing timely follow up and follow through, thoroughness in work product and attention to detail.
  • Drive and participate in ad hoc process improvement initiatives and other recruiting projects.
  • Ensure data integrity and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system for reporting as needed.

Job Duties

  • Manage the job requisition process from inception go final approval
  • As necessary, confirm job posting details with hiring manager.
  • Create job in ADP and post on company website
  • Post on other job boards as needed
  • Review applications against basic job skills, conduct phone screen as requested.
  • Forward qualified applicants to hiring manager, making self-available as needed to assist in scheduling in person or virtual interviews.
  • Update applicate tracking system on a regular basis
  • Create various reports as needed
  • Send new hire offer letters and new hire notices
  • Hand off to HR Coordinator at appropriate time, ensuring nothing is dropped

Required Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced atmosphere, or in a similar professional coordination role.
  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational skill, time management, and creativity, performed in an on-site work environment.
  • Excellent verbal communicator with exceptional written communication skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office products and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Demonstrated experience providing exceptional candidate or customer experience

QUALIFICATIONS

Language Skills:

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Mathematical Skills:

Must have mathematical skills equivalent to those required by the degree earned or years of experience. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; to interpret, understand and apply standard operating procedures.

Machines, Tools, Equipment, Software:

Has advanced basic computer job skills including logging on to systems, ability to communicate by email, ability to compose documents, enter database information, create presentations, download forms, and preserve/backup important data. Knowledge of SAP Business One preferred.

Environment/Atmospheric Conditions:

Must be able to work in an office environment as well as an operational environment as job duties require. May be exposed to loud operating machinery and vapors.
