Title: Training Coordinator

Pay Rate: $25.00 - 35.00/hour (based on experience)

Work Location: Fully onsite in Hillsboro, OR

40 hours/week // 5 x 8-Hour Days

Duration: 12-month contract

About the Role:
The Training Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting Hillsboro Individualized Therapies (HIT) Learning Solutions. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for clients and subject areas, responsible for the administration and coordination of the Learning Management Systems (LMS). This role involves client/relationship management, project/program management, and LMS administration, ensuring our client's training programs are effectively aligned with business objectives and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

Client/Relationship Management:

  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and how training can drive success.
  • Establish and maintain regular meetings with department managers of assigned clients, including attending department staff meetings.
  • Conduct training diagnostics and needs assessments in technical training for GMP compliance and organizational development to support leadership.
  • Develop and implement curriculum strategies aligned with business objectives and GMP compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned organizations, responding promptly to all inquiries.
  • Facilitate meetings with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Project Sponsors.

Project/Program Management:

  • Manage client curriculum from needs assessment through evaluation.
  • Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of training programs and monitor their ongoing impact.
  • Collaborate with Learning Experts, Instructional Designers, and leaders across the learning network to leverage resources and best practices.

LMS Administration:

  • Perform data entry activities into LMS/Cornerstone.
  • Ensure Cornerstone compliance in collaboration with network teams.
  • Support curriculum and qualification management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a training, learning, and development role.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to quickly establish rapport and collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and partners.
  • Flexible and able to balance technical training with soft-skill development to meet business needs.
  • Proven ability to conduct successful needs assessments and recommend cost-effective, time-efficient training solutions.
  • Strong customer service skills and demonstrated effectiveness in a business partnership role
