We are currently looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to enhance our HR department, focusing on recruitment and onboarding processes. The successful candidate will have the expertise and skills necessary to manage the administrative tasks within the department effectively.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Coordination:
- Manage job postings and track applications via job boards and applicant tracking systems.
- Coordinate interview schedules and phone screenings with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and oversee drug screening processes.
- Handle new hire documentation and system management.
- Facilitate communication with new hires.
- Conduct background checks and E-Verify processes.
- Ensure policy acknowledgments and task checklists are completed.
Benefits Administration:
- Provide information about benefit plans and address inquiries.
- Assist with open enrollment processes.
Personnel Management:
- Coordinate job description reviews.
- Maintain employee personnel records.
- Oversee HRIS system management (ADP).
Administrative Support:

Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant HR experience is essential.
