Role Summary: LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Specialist to become a vital part of our client's innovative team within a prominent apparel organization.
In this role, you will assist project managers and teams in coordinating resources, equipment, meetings, and essential information. Your objective will be to organize projects effectively to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget constraints, while maintaining communication with stakeholders throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and account representatives to establish and clarify project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Oversee and monitor project progress, addressing any challenges that may arise.
- Serve as the primary contact, providing updates on project status to all involved parties, including design, production, sales, and supply chain teams.
- Utilize Excel and an ERP system for tracking and managing ongoing projects.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and uphold comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination, customer service, account management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the apparel industry or a strong interest in it is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.
- Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in client-facing situations and teamwork.
Compensation Details: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour

We provide flexibility for employees to select coverage that meets their individual needs.
