We are in search of a Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR department, focusing on recruitment and onboarding processes. The successful candidate will have the expertise and skills necessary to perform the administrative duties of the department effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Coordination:

  • Manage job postings and track applications through various platforms and systems.
  • Coordinate interview schedules for hiring managers and conduct preliminary phone screenings.
  • Oversee new hire documentation and system management.
  • Facilitate communication with new hires.
  • Conduct background checks and E-Verify processes.
  • Ensure policy acknowledgments and task checklists are completed.

Benefits Administration:

  • Provide information about benefits plans and respond to inquiries.
  • Assist with open enrollment processes.

Personnel Management:

  • Coordinate the review of job descriptions.
  • Maintain and file employee personnel records.
  • Manage HRIS system updates (ADP).

Administrative Support:

  • Participate in morale-boosting events and committees.
  • Provide various administrative support as required.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant HR experience is necessary.
