Role Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR team, focusing on recruitment and onboarding processes. The successful candidate will have the expertise to manage various administrative functions within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Coordination:
- Manage job postings and track applications through our recruitment platforms.
- Schedule interviews and phone screenings with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-employment screenings.
- Oversee new hire documentation and system management.
- Facilitate new employee communications.
- Conduct background checks and E-Verify processes.
- Ensure policy acknowledgments and task checklists are completed.
- Benefits Support:
- Provide information on benefit plans and address inquiries.
- Assist with open enrollment processes.
- Personnel Management:
- Coordinate job description reviews.
- Maintain employee personnel records.
- Manage HRIS system updates (ADP).
- Administrative Assistance:
- Participate in morale-building events.

Qualifications:
Candidate should possess an Associate's degree, with a Bachelor's degree preferred, and have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant HR experience.
