About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Sales and Business Development to lead our Strategic Sales Team, responsible for managing top-tier Global Strategic Accounts in the America region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to ensure team success.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Drive the team to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
  • Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Expand the sales team to support strategic growth areas within the customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential strategic accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and customer engagement.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive and engineering leadership at customer organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal Business Units to align customer goals and deliver solutions.
