This role demands a proactive approach to maintaining a high level of daily engagement associated with managing the complete sales lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior management to formulate systematic sales strategies, plans, and processes aimed at achieving targeted business outcomes.
In collaboration with Business Development Executives, the Business Solutions Executive will cultivate a strong pipeline and enhance market presence by securing new business ventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business success within designated verticals, ensuring the global execution of business and account strategies.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of market opportunities, competitive landscape, and industry nuances.
- Collaborate with Business Development Executives to assess opportunities and provide tailored recommendations/solutions to both new and existing clients.
- Work alongside Lead Generation and Marketing teams, as well as other Allegis Group entities, to identify and qualify new business prospects.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders to discuss their Managed Service Provider (MSP), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), and talent acquisition strategies.
- Design and present technical solutions for MSP offerings.
- Establish and nurture relationships with high-level executives, adopting a consultative approach regarding Human Capital Acquisition initiatives.
- Effectively communicate the capabilities and value proposition of Allegis Global Solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, develop pricing models, and define the scope for MSP engagements.
- Play a crucial role in closing MSP and/or RPO opportunities through a consultative sales approach.
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and delivering client expectations as agreed upon.
- Collaborate with Operations and Implementation leadership to ensure that go-live dates for new and expansion engagements are set realistically and achievable.
- Travel as required to support customer engagements at key accounts.
- Participate in industry conferences and summits.
- Support the complete business development lifecycle and work closely with peers and/or Senior Solution Executives to finalize qualified opportunities.
- Identify and respond to integrated talent opportunities that encompass AGS' RPO, MSP, and Procurement Solutions service offerings.
- Manage the sales cycle and collaborate with Bid Management and cross-functional teams to secure new business.
- Track and monitor all opportunities using CRM tools (Salesforce).
