Supports/Reports to: INW VP, Sales & Business Development
The Sales & Business Development Coordinator will engage with INW's VP, Sales & Business Development to ensure that all aspects of customer engagement are executed efficiently and effectively. The primary goal of the Sales & Business Development Coordinator is to function as an extension of our Account Management team to ensure that our customers are met with the highest levels of service throughout their experience with INW.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with INW's VP, Sales & Business Development and regularly communicates with customer to ensure all customer needs are met including but not limited to: purchase order development and updates, new product development execution, coordination of R&D / quality documentation and any other customer deliverables.
- Collaborates with key division-level teammates to gather relevant information regarding formulation, compliance, production, and procurement to support and expand customer relationships to the INW portfolio.
- Support and monitor critical milestones along the new product process implementation timeline, collaborating with the local Design for Manufacturing (DFM) teams to ensure each step in the process is executed timely.
- Concept | Request for Quote (RFQ) and New Product Form (NPF) Development | Quoting | Product Development | Production | Shipment
- Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints with customers, and elevates to the INW VP, Sales & Business Development where appropriate.
- Seeks and creates opportunities to expand business with prospective and current clients’ through identification of customer needs and problem-solving.
- Acts as a liaison between company and customers.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems strongly desired.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), required.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, which may include Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, Engineering and / or Communications is preferred.
- 1-3 years of related experience required.
- Project management experience and PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications preferred.
- Experience in nutritional supplement industry or contract manufacturing preferred.
