Job Summary

The Senior Director, Market Development is a key leadership position at AAA Life Insurance Company, responsible for driving profitable growth through the development of lead generation programs and strategic partnerships with sales and club leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lead generation programs in collaboration with Club Leaders and sales teams to drive growth across the AAA Federation.
  • Partner with Club Sales and Marketing Leaders to design and execute national programs, contests, and initiatives that promote life insurance sales.
  • Analyze data and analytics to inform sales planning, track business results, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and train Member Services teams and Agents to identify life event triggers and promote a proactive, needs-based sales approach for life insurance.
  • Foster positive relationships with Member Services and regional sales teams through direct contact and best practices education.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in market development, business development, or a related field, preferably in financial services or life insurance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience or experience leading internal and external teams.
  • Deep knowledge of sales strategy, revenue optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Strong understanding of product management, market positioning, and market strategy.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategies and programs that support business objectives.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach with excellent oral and written communication skills.
